Fruit Diet

For the past few days I was eating a lot because my aunt had her vacation in our house. I feel bloated and heavy and I think I should try the Fruit Diet. Now, what's a Fruit Diet? That means that I'll be eating fruits for a week and see if it's effective for me. It's a healthy diet because fruits are rich in fiber and vitamins. My friend told me that if I'll continue this kind of diet my skin will be glowing and healthy. Now, I can't wait to shop for different fruits. These are the fruits that I want to include in my planned Fruit Diet.
