One great cardio-exercise is walking. Walking burns fats and calories, sounds good, ayt? It is laso good for our hearts so consider waling now....
  • Instead of using the elevators, use the stairs :)
  • Park your car on the 3rd row of the parking area so you can still walk going to the mall.
  • When you are in a hotel and you want to go down, look for an exit sign and use the stairs rather than waiting for the elevator.
  • Walk regularly :)
  • Walk with a friend!
  • Walk your dog everyday!
See, there's a lot of opportunities in which you can walk. Remember, walking is good for our hearts!
